Model "Cologno"

-Specific for district heating networks primary and secondary circuits as well as traditional condensation boilers power plants switch. Its use is to clean the dirt and particles inside old pipes and open vessel.
It is also used to preserve plate heat exchangers while maintaining the system efficiency, for a better management of the network in terms of return temperatures and flow rate. 18 models were developed from 15 to 40 m³ / h in nominal capacity.

- Four degrees of filtration: Hard, Medium, Soft, and Super Soft up to 1 micron.

- PN10, PN16 and PN 25 for hot water or 135°C for superheated water
- Measurement group for monitoring pressures and blockages
- Measurement system for pressure and optional clogging remote monitoring.

Strength

RANGE AND PERFORMANCES

  • All models can work continuously with water fluid network, max 120°C (Thermal peak 150°C).
  • 18 models for hot and superheated water networks with flow rate from 15 to 40 m³/h.
  • Easy to replace and clean bag filter.
  • Developed to prevent fouling of heating exchanger, to prolong the life of heat exchanger and make the system more efficient.
  • Suitable for cleaning heating circuits as an alternative to chemical washes.
  • Is possible to have a permanent installation on Amarc DHS substations.
  • Four different levels of filtration: SUPER SOFT, SOFT, MEDIUM, HARD through socks in polyester felt reinforced.

MANAGEMENT

  • Ready for optional measuring device that not only allows for reading filter upstream and downstream pressures, but also that sends a clean signal to an optional remote control system for fouling indication.

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS AND SERVICES

  • Amarc DHS filter bags are the result of accurate study to meet the needs of cleaning and decontamination of district heating system. Bag filter are designed to be able to operate continuously for long periods on both circuits for hot and superheated water circuits. For each version of filter (15, 25, 40) are three types of filtering bag, each with a different capacity of filtration.
  • All bag filter are 100% polyester.
  • Automatic dirty filter alert capability.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Drain tap and air oulet.
  • According to UNI8863 filters are in carbon steel.
  • The inner drum is made in inox AISI 304.
  • Thread UNI338 or WN flange in/out connections in accordance with UNI legislation .
  • Every filter has 3 anti-vibration legs.
  • Specific clamp bolts easy to close even without specific tools.
  • complete with automatic outlet and drainage ball valve located on bottom.
  • two input to monitor the fouling state of the inner bag filter.
  • Included accessories: flexible couplings, valves, filter bags kit.
  • The seal of the top cover can be in NBR or EPDM.
